What we prefer not to do
What we prefer not to do.
Not everything we could do is a good way for us to work together.
This section does not define what we are unable to do. It defines assignments, behaviours, dynamics and ways of collaborating that we prefer to avoid even when they are technically possible.
Selection works both ways.
Our first objective is not to acquire a client. It is to understand whether working together genuinely makes sense.
For now, one rule is enough.
If no real value emerges from working together, we prefer not to start.
