Why we exist.
Because the same question, asked within the same system often enough, tends to produce the same answer.
You already have many of the answers.
Perhaps you are not asking the right question yet.
Or perhaps you are asking it in the wrong way.
An external perspective is not useful because it “knows more”.
It is useful because it arrives with different experience, habits, priorities and patterns, and can therefore formulate questions the internal system no longer asks.
Before deciding.
We want to verify whether the problem is framed correctly, whether assumptions have been separated from facts and whether enough information exists to decide now.
For us, every complex problem is a puzzle to analyse before it is something to solve.
Before you decide...Are you looking at the problem or simply following a habit?
Our business is not your problems.
It is continuing to develop our method through the problems you choose to share with us.
