What we don't do
What we don't do.
The difference often emerges more clearly from what we refuse to do than from what we promise.
- We do not sell certainty.
- We do not validate habits.
- We do not start from the solution.
- We do not confuse symptoms with structure.
- We do not replace your judgement.
- We do not promise infallible choices.
- We do not use pre-packaged answers.
- We do not solve problems.
We remove everything that prevents you from seeing the real problem.
Why.
An important decision is made with an inevitably incomplete set of information. Our job is not to pretend uncertainty can disappear, but to reduce the risk that assumptions, habits and missing information are treated as facts.
Challenge the decision, not yourself.Question the problem, not your judgement.
